Heating Controls

Prime London Installations designs and installs heating control systems for houses, flats and commercial buildings across every London borough - from a single smart thermostat to full multi-zone control across several floors.

Smart thermostats. We install and commission Nest, Hive, Tado, Honeywell Evohome and Drayton Wiser. Most replacements take two to three hours, including wiring the receiver to your boiler, binding the thermostat and setting up the app on your phone before we leave. If your existing wiring is a two-wire setup with no permanent live, we will tell you at survey rather than discovering it mid-job.

Multi-zone control. Zoning a house so bedrooms, living space and a home office each hold their own temperature and schedule is where the real savings sit. We fit motorised zone valves, wiring centres and individual room thermostats, and for larger properties we use Evohome or Wiser multi-room systems that control radiators individually with smart TRVs - no pipework changes needed.

We also handle underfloor heating manifolds and actuators, hot water cylinder and immersion control, weather compensation, TPI and load compensation setups that cut boiler cycling, and integration with heat pumps, lighting control and building management systems.

All heating control work is electrical work: NICEIC-approved, certified to BS 7671, Part P notified where required, fully insured, with a 5-year workmanship warranty and over 14 years' experience behind it.
