Prime London Installations installs, upgrades and repairs intercom and door entry systems for private homes, apartment blocks, HMOs, offices and commercial premises across every London borough.

Audio or video, wired or IP. For a single front door we fit a straightforward audio handset or a colour video monitor. For blocks of flats we install multi-way systems that scale to dozens of apartments, with a single entrance panel and individual handsets per flat. IP and app-based systems such as Doorbird, Hikvision, Comelit, Aiphone and BPT let residents see and speak to callers from their phone anywhere, and let couriers be admitted remotely.

Common jobs: replacing a failed handset or entrance panel without rewiring the whole block, converting an ageing audio system to video, adding app access to an existing panel, fitting trade buttons and postal release for delivery access, linking door entry to electric strikes, magnetic locks and automatic gates, and integrating with access control and CCTV so one system covers entry, identification and recording.

We work with managing agents and residents' associations on communal blocks, and we're used to fault-finding on legacy systems where no documentation survives. Most single-dwelling installs are a half-day job; block upgrades are quoted per riser after survey.
