MVHR continuously extracts stale, humid air from kitchens and bathrooms while drawing filtered fresh air into living rooms and bedrooms, recovering most of the heat that would otherwise be lost. We install Mitsubishi Lossnay and equivalent systems in new builds, refurbishments and loft conversions across London.

Where full MVHR is not practical, we install continuous-running decentralised extract fans, kitchen and bathroom extract, and inline duct systems. Modern dMEV units run quietly and constantly, ramping up on humidity, and deal with condensation far more effectively than a fan that only runs with the light switch.

Every system is designed to meet Part F of the Building Regulations, then balanced and airflow-tested against the design figures with certification issued.
